Call for Agars head on this thread, that's fine. The results are certainly not helping his cause and I understand the anger and frustration of fans. But a cheap dig at Michael is un called for!! Do you know what Michael did at Yorkshire Traction? Or listened to him at fans forums etc about his role in the last regime?

He has taken over something that places a huge burden upon himself & his family. The job he has done from near administration only months ago to now has been remarkable. He has done his up most to pay people & organisations that hadn't been paid, stopped us going into administration and put together a team that on paper are better than anyone could have imagined.

Things aren't perfect and neither is Michael but your opinion is very poor for mine...

The vast majority on here feel sorry for MC as we do for Snowie and his crew. Agar is destroying this club. With hindsight, that 7 match winning run that Andy Ellis inspired has left us up the creek. Agar would've been long gone by now.

Leeds put 60 on us without having to get out of first gear. None of the players looked as if they had any professional pride. For a team to come to your own ground on your own patch and stick 60 on you as collectively you rollover and take the spanking is a total disgrace. I am a season ticket holder and I swear if it wasn't that my old dad would be upset I would not even bother to watch another game under this coach. I cant bear watching such a lack of desire and pride.

After calming down I thought Leeds were nothing spectacular today, respected the ball well and dominated in posession from our stupid kick off's and poor decision making.
I'd give Agar until the Cas game and after that review him and do whats needed.

I didn't - but equally, I didn't expect another complete capitulation; I don't mind getting beat by what is clearly a better side, but I can't stomach watching professional players roll over.

I didn't go today for several reasons, one to catch up with family, two knew leeds would win even though I tipped us to win (find it hard not to) three its getting to costly to watch a team not at least put some effort in

This was the difficult thing to stomach. I can take losing by 50 points. If the players run their blood to water but just aren't good enough I can accept it. But when I'm watching the likes of Lyne and Sykes pat Kallum Watkins on the back as he once again is made to look like he's stronger than Sam Burgess it really irks me. Anyone see Mathers' attempt at tackling Burrow? Absolutely laughable. Was also funny watching Achurch out pace him to the line. Don't get me started on Washbrook or Sykes' kick offs. The only thing good about this team at the minute is Dean Collis and the halves. Even the forwards don't appear to be pulling their weight.

Let's go back nearly 12 months. Good Friday at Cas. Club in free fall, losing 25 nil at half time to their nearest & dearest. Floodlights bust & crowds plummeting. Fetch in people with some passion & looks what's happened!

I'd absolve Ali from any blame, he is trying his hardest going forward. We don't seem to want to back him up though.

Don't think the level of disappointment is about losing the game but the manner in which we lost it.

It sounds daft i know but that is basically the difference. Home grown CEO (Steve Gill) and home grown coaching team. (Powell and Orr) and cas have taken off with the players brought in by the coaching team. You have the passionate home grown MC so although it sounds simplified the difference seems to be on the coaching side and the players brought in by them. How many of the squad were actually brought in by Agar?

I reckon Agars brought in most of the squad, the ones that Elston signed have all been moved on, unless you count Agar as a Elston signing that is.

I don't think we have any Home Grownness in any of our coaching set up. All Fev and Cas in't it? Chuffin 5th columnists, as I've said right from their appointments.

Unfortunatly agar will not resign because the man is deluded and actually thinks and believes he's doin a good job.The players are his choice and will never gel because they have no idea what he wants,he constantly changes the team, their positions,the bench,80min hooker one week spelled hooker week after.At least he's on board with the youth policy ha! there all shipped out plus how can he bring them on when he can't even get a team of seasoned pro's to look like they've played before.It really is time for the men in white coats to come for him,because the man really believes he is a good coach.The facts are i feel sorry for mc i think heatheringtons had his trousers down with the contract extension,powells turned cas around with good sound basic coaching and he never hides behind the gel word.I'v watched wakefield long enough to know that when the team put the effort in the fans can take defeat,But they won't stomach this and unfortunately i fear the numbers will fall again and that saddens me after all the hard work mc and the likes of snowie have put in.But i don't think the club can afford to sack this clown and he knows it.

Maybe it needs the likes of Johnny Thompson, Nigel Bell, Andy Kelly and others to have some back room involvement with the squad supporting the coach and to let them know what it should be like to wear the jersey and give 100% every time it is worn.

There needs to be a motivator in the set up.

how do you work that one out that our squads better than cas squad. powell has the team believing in themselves not frightened to play a team who will run through brick walls for him and the main point a team that looks as FIT as it can be, add to that they are more skilled up and can catch and pass then thats why theyre where they are. on current form how many of ours would get in the cas team.
