Just out of interest ,if the 4k target isn't reached would those fans who have already purchased have to pay more or do you think the club would extend the deadline fearing some fans may want a refund.?

That's exactly how it works mate, we had all this confusion last season.

The way I understand it is if the target is not reached the price will go up to all those that have purchased and paid already or you can get a refund for what you have paid already if you don't want a ticket anymore.

I assume everyone who has purchased one so far completed the same form I did which you were asked to sign to say that if the target was not reached the price would go up and you would be asked for more or could ask for a refund.

I believe the price structure was

£125 before end of October
£150 if bought during November
£175 if bought during December
and then £250 after that

If the target is not reached then the price for those who bought before end of October goes up to November prices (ie an extra £25).

Not sure if the same as last year applies in that if we reach the target the price stays at the £125 mark then for everyone purchasing after the deadline or if those structures above will still apply to people buying in November/December etc

No they go up by the increments shown above. The most anybody who bought before November will pay is £150. If 4000 is reached then this will be £125. If bought after you've missed the early bird deadline. If you buy next Feb then you pay £250.

To be honest, even if we don't make it, and I'm confident we will, the November price is still a steal.
If they'd have said it was £150 from the start I would have paid anyway.

Customers respond to simple clear pricing. I've been in situations where the pricing is baffling and as such have been put off. I'm still not convinced from what I've read above that anyone really knows what will happen if the target is not reached. Lets hope it is.

Is the 3,800 figure just adult season ticket holders? Are OAP's & Juniors included? If not I'd be interested to know exactly how many ST have been sold in total.

I think tigerade was reffering to if the price was to go upto 150 from 125, from your comment lets not forget a large chunk of the tickets bought will have been 16-21 year olds at £50 and Juniors at £20 so i think your figures for income will be way out.

i think you missed the point
the price goes up by £25 so that is the additional revenue generated by missing the deadline, assuming everyone agrees to pay the £150
