I know who you mean but no. It was Roger. I didn't know him but he played a few games in the 80s.

My memory of Tex Hudson was him kicking Wally Lewis in the head when we played Fev in 83. Wally quotes it in his book that he kicked him on the floor and said "how do you feel now £1000 a match man" to which Wally replied "£995 better off than you pal".....or words to that affect.

Although I knew most by sight, I got the list from Trinity Heritage so am pretty confident.

It must have been Kevin Harkin (who was coincidentally there last night) as I remember Toppo having to feed the scrum.

I can't say I saw anyone with a video.
But to be honest I can't remember it being filmed last year either. It's not easy to search on there so can't check.

Some of the players must be camera shy, as all that are on Pop Tart's list are not on the photograph -perhaps they were at the bar.

Broadbent arrived after the photo as did Michael Jackson I think (he landed from Perth a couple of hours before the dinner and came straight from hotel with his wife)
Can't say I ever saw Mark Applegarth.
I'm certain everyone else on my list was there. They were all announced individually as they started proceedings.

I asked someone else who was there. No video as far as we know.

One story that made everyone laugh.

When asked why he came to Wakefield. Fritzy said he was at Canberra and Tim Sheen's told him to come over to keep his fitness up as he knew he'd toss it off in the off seasons. Sheen's knew Toppo from Penrith days.
The other two just burst out laughing and said he did all his training with Mark Webster in the Graziers.
Fritzy coyly said he definitely went home fitter.
Saying that. He played State of Origin when he went back.

Benson also said Gary Spencer took them to the Graziers in Stanley and told them it was the same one as they used to go to near the ground and that they just forgot what it was like after 30 years.

Fritz looks fit enough to do a job for us next season !

Its great to see these players all back together again, theres a lot of my childhood in that picture. I'd be taken to matches for a couple of years but '92 is when I was old enough to remember things.

Mark Conway was my favourite player because he kicked the ball lol the innocence of youth.
