Batch went off early in first half and never came back. But I agree ,I think if batch had been right SR our defence would have made a much better effort in stopping those first two trys.

Our game plan today was a shocker if there was one. 5 drives and a kick. Mistakes in crucial positions. We should have adapted today we were clueless. Grant was shocking but some poor defence put us 12 down after we had only had the ball once.

I don't mind bad officials... Its the bent ones like today I object to the offside and flopping/interference from Catalans was obvious. But there was only one team getting pulled.

Yes Batch was awesome right edge in defence last week and should have started there. His workrate in def and pushing out is above and beyond. Thought we left a few overlaps on that right edge a number of times early on.

Forgot about tha tblatant escort on Gaskell. Grant and Smith were literally ignoring infringements made by Catalan and pinging us to pieces. I've not come away from games this season too disappointed with the refereeing as we've generally deserved what we've got but I thought we got done harsh today. I've freeze framed the yaha hattrick try and Langi looks like his left foot is on the in goal line at the moment his hand touches the ball as well. It was extremely close if not certainly on the line.

I haves just watched the tries back and ask the question why didn’t Hall pass he had a player both outside and inside of him. We can go on about the referee but we cannot blame him for this glaring error which would have brought the scores level.

If's and buts and totally unrelated, Halls was simply an error of judgement, whereby the officials are guilty on occasions of making crucial errors at important plays in the game.

Surely it was a crucial error by Hall because it would of levelled the score with a kick to win it. I would suggest all things that occur are judgement calls even including the actions of the coach.

Bit optimistic that Kershaw have scored with a pass as there was some distance to cover and a few on rushing bodies. I do think he’d have had a more likely possibility in getting to the line than Hall though.

We should not be having to rely on last ditch plays from a young lad on the edges to win us games either. I’m sure Hall will learn from it all the same.

Absolutely spot on and with hindsight he would most likely have done it differently, I did not see the game but plenty of honest fans on here did and some that never criticise the refs but there seems to be a general consensus among them that the officials were far from honest with they're decision making, none of the referee's get it right all the time most level headed fans accept that, but seriously are they all wrong even so allowing for genuine errors?, and with that same hindsight would the officials have done differently I doubt it very much.

Hall can hardly be blamed for the loss. We had a last second chance. He had 3 players round him. There was a split second where he could have got Kershaw away.
Not guaranteed but a good chance.
But not the only chance in the game to win and the others had far less pressure.

For all the positives that Hall brings to the team you could stake your life on the fact that he would not be passing that ball during that last move.

I know you don't like it PT but Grant was biased yesterday. In other words he cheated. I don't know what further evidence you needs after his "performance" yesterday.

I came to the same conclusion. Usually I’d call it mistakes etc but some decisions or lack of went beyond that.

I do hope the club are pulling out a few incidents and questioning why there was no action or a lack of action/consistency.

I’d send a clip of Gaskell getting taken off the ball and simply ask for a written explanation as to why we had to spend the next 2 sets defending instead of being in possession on the oppositions 10 metre line….

The Murphy incident and a couple of examples of six agains that Catalans got and some contrasting holding down and flops that were as bad if not worse we didn’t get anything for.

It will likely fall on deaf ears but I would hope we are challenging these inconsistencies and mistakes.

We just went from a super well dis up lined team vs saints and Cas to getting penalised almost every other set vs Catalans. It was bizarre.

Don’t take this the wrong way but please don’t pick us to win anymore games because based on results your 27% average is not very good.
