I am sorry but this style of performance is now the norm not the exception. When did we last stuff a team. I suppose Hull at home when they had multiple injuries.
It’s better to be a realist then one who lives in the twilight zone like you and the others I expect to come on defending the team and coach and name calling those who don’t.

This isn’t just a one off. The rugby has been dire for at least two years, since Kear left. We even struggled to beat Bradford with a full strength team more or less in the Challenge Cup.

That was as bad a performance as I have ever seen in my 40+ years of watching Trinity...absolutely disgusted.

I am glad I gave my season ticket money to the club because they will need it for next season to cover those supporters lost due to our performances.

We aren’t short on props,so can’t fathom why Tanginoa started in that position.
Seems Chester is trying to shoehorn players into his starting 13.

Awful from start to finish. By my quick maths I think thats 5 wins from the last 24 against super league opposition. Like it or not many coaches would have given the push by now. The cup next week is probably pivotal for Chester.

But MC thinks Chester is one of the best young Coaches in the RL & there are teams that are after him. So I can't see any change until....... Well I can't see any change at all

If Chester isn’t able to get a positive reaction next week,I think this could be best time to bring in a new coach.
New coach would have ample time to work with squad without threat of relegation.

Sorry Mr Carter, but big mates or not you've got to read the riot act to Chester, and put him on some sort of warning. A heck of a lot of supporters have made a big sacrifice for this Club recently and expect better that this. Like someone said earlier, many head coaches would have been shown the door far earlier. In 64 years of watching Trinity I think we've reached the absolute nadir.

He looks a dejected figure in the stands, watching the players xxxx up time after time, there seems to be no support from his assists/coaches, no idea on how to fix the sheer abject rut we are in. I wouldn't be surprised to see him fall on his sword as the more this goes on the more damage he will be doing to his coaching career.

It doesn't matter how good the coach is, if he cannot get the message across to the players then thats an issue. Perhaps they are not listening, I'm not sure. The backroom staff have been here for a long time, do we need to freshen things up?

What makes this scoreline even more sickening is that I felt the squad this year was probably one of our best for years.
we have no choice but to take this on the chin because it's happened but I will probably not be as tolerant if there isn't a huge improvement in the next game.
