Twice he was penalised the whole match and if you've seen the clip, how as a RL player when your making as many tackles as he is are you going to constantly avoid a tackle over the shoulder & a tackle we see every game without any punishment,

Yes he could do with cleaning up his game slightly but it's just my opinion, if you take that bit of mongrel out of him I don't think you'd have as effective of player. He likes to throw himself around and put hits on people, which is what you want from a player like him, when they're making 30-40 a game.
Also to say he's becoming a liability we cannot afford to carry because he was injured is a bit wrong, injuries are part of the game and it's not as if he's got a history of it. Yes you added suspensions as well but lets be right some of those can be debated/borderline and he seems to be getting suspensions on reputation alone. We had the gouging one, which obviously formed the majority, that I don't think no ones ever seen any evidence of. The same match he got one for a high tackle on Ah Van that imo was a perfectly good hit across the chest and now we have this latest one.

Can't believe he actually plead guilty to it. That's what we're doing wrong, not playing the disciplinary game right off the field. But seriously once he'd been given the grading , I don't think CC would want to risk him going not guilty because chances are they'd have given him longer and missed the CC semi.

I would suspect it does Scott and the club good for him to sit out the Cas match.. In comparison to the semi it's a nothing game with only bragging rights at stake. I'm sure the MRP are doing a frame by frame check on the Catalan game just to see if they can nail Scott for something else. Fortunately the Catalans coach has a lot more class than moaning Denis Betts.

We need Scott Moore at his most aggressive and energetic best for the Wire game. He'll have a few games cushion then before Wembley, should he be raked in again for sneezing on someone.

Remember that he pleaded guilty. The disciplinary needs sorting out, its not difficult, get rid of ex players on the panel, get rid of early plea, past record, no legal representatives, all we need is consistency.
If you think we are hard done by have a look at what players from Div 1 and the champ get in comparison to SL players.
The SOL 1 one match ban was an utter disgrace, that said it takes a poor decision like that for the game as a whole to sit up and notice how flawed the system is : an ill wind and all that

We have a fair chance of beating Cas without Moore. We have little chance of beating Warrington without him IMHO.

I don't see how anyone can defend the RFL - inept, amateur and weak.

We should have appealed and should the worst scenario happen prior to semi and another of our players have been duped by Cobb this weekend, if we have a valid point I cenrtainly would.

MRP are unbelievable and really think strongly about having ex players on the panel and several from Wigan is not a good thing.

After that debacle, they lose the right to any sympathy. It was an absolute disgrace and to use SoL's "stature within the game" to have the punishment and the length of ban reduced shows, just how grubby Wigan are (from top to bottom).

It was certainly a grab "in the face", whether that constitutes gouging depends on whether your surname is "Moore".
There was plenty going on in last nights game and although it was short on quality, it was an enjoyable watch.

I'm no advocate of the current league structure but, it certainly increased the intensity of last nights game.

If Ablett escapes a ban for that, Moore should be back up at Red Hall to find out why he was dealt with so harshly.
