If we'd Have not signed 4 players out the 8 we should have been able to sign a decent halfback But saying that Brough & Miller would never have been dropped so we the fans are in a no win situation

We do not not have to get marquee players ,We are short of quality in the key possion . The signings we have made are like some of the players we had at the club already .There is not one player we have signed who can change a game of is own back

I thought Hampshire was was the game changer.

Personally I saw enough from Westerman to think he is a significant step up in the forwards.

You can sign any half back you want and they will look ordinary playing our style of play it’s slow slow slow to the left to the right behind the man it’s boring

Where would we be now without Hampshire because as pointed out prior to the start of the season by allowing him to leave we would now be looking to probably play Woods at scrum half.

So tanginoa ashurst and arona are below westerman, who in the right mind would sign someone for two years with that knee oh that would be us. We had the chance to build a good side no one we brought in will improve our team and some of the signings are ridiculous and a complete waste of cash

danny brough as been a good player but he’s not going to make breaks anymore his side last year brough 2 lynn 6 tanginoa 1 bjb 8 tries, we’ve good backs and some pace so use it. Brough is a dominant player but if we play him play a game that suits him, miller just looks on a different planet since he came. Do you think an opposing coach as to look at videos of us I don’t because we play the same way against every team every week.

What does pitts bring that crowther,batcholar, ashurst and kirmond (age apart)
J wood bring that randell didnt bring
Walker that jowitt or hampshire dont offer
Where are green and tangata bring much difference to england or hirst

Again not having a pop at anyone just feel we where desprate for somthing different and deffo a good winger and half back should of been a priority

But it is what it is and i continue to support the players and coaching set up

Totally agree with this weve signed similar quality players to ones we lost would have been far better concentrating wages on a top scrum half weve been crying out for to get us round the park and tj on top of try charts

no I never said they were bad players just the same, for me we needed a couple of player like Holmes and Milner at cas who are prepared and fit enough to play 80 and graft all day we’ve wasted salary’s on players we didn’t need, I think George king could be decent he needs to play more than being taken off after 20 minutes

Jordan crowther plays in second row as does pitts and when i say there the same type of players they all play in a simlar style/fashion batchelor is as goods as pitts again plays the same type of game same as kirmo and ashurst so for me there nothing different there no match winner.as for kirmo and batch been injury prone so why are they still at club so pitts in your view as been signed just to help with injuries.i do like pitts just felt we needed somthing different or bring in an other prop and left kelpi out i second row which may happen once some of forwards are back

Wood as with randell is not an put and out hooker there players that are expected to cover other postions too and there is no improvement there

Walker had also signed before hampshire had left too again not saying walker is a bad player in any way shape or form but he isnt better than what we had.

il tell you what Hampshire offers pace something walker isn’t blessed with look at his stats to walkers last year 14 try’s 14assists 20 clean breaks 88 busts and 2500 metres playing in 3 positions take a look at walkers stats as for organises they defence, every full back we have organises the defence but they still jam in on the wings or we play players who can’t get across.
No player we signed is better than we had just similar. Is tangata better than kopcheck is green better than fafita or kopcheck is westerman better than tangenoa or ashurst or arona. Walker is not in same league as Ryan or jowitt, Atkins? Josh wood never got a game at Salford does he make us better is naverette better than we’ve got, bathchelor is injured a lot and crowther gives everything but he’s injured is Pitts better than we’ve got.

Our team at Hull KR was one full of seasoned Super League players. The backline particularly are very good invididuals that would slot no problem into other teams. Kopczak and Tanginoa did okay at prop. Pitts is a better option than Kirmond, Crowther and Batchelor - just look at his stats last year and the fact he was captai.Westerman was probably our best player against London. It's our mentality and structures as a unit that are letting us down. We have the individuals - it's now up to the coach to get them to play well as a unit in my opinion. I think the squad overall is as good as we have had in Super League. We could do with quality half back and that for me is what we are lacking overall.
