Sorry I thought we were there to support the players and the team, not have a go at them. Yeah its frustrating when things dont go the right way - the players themselves feel it more than we do because of their professional pride and competitive edge. We aren't as good a players as they are, so we should put it all into perspective. If you can't then you need to sort yourself out!

We see the same usual suspects on here laying into players but they are still relying on these players to win matches for them. I wouldn't be surprised if the players don't like a lot of our fans - some of you don't exactly inspire them on.

Wakey players need support, especially when going through a bad phase. Not being used to each others games, missing key players, playing better sides, having off days, etc... these all happens to sides - even the Champions have had a poor season to date already. We have to accept our place in the third quarter of the table is where we belong right now, and until we get things improved on and off the pitch thats the way its going to be. We are better than the last quarter of the table, but we need to pull together to keep it that way.

so i am an "idiot" parent then..my kids sit on the wall just in front of the stand with legs behind the wall (always have done) with me stood behind them with other parents doing the same..i really must be an idiot taking them to the games then if they cannot see properly which means no me and none of the other parents which would then cost the club money..

It's because the kids are not the future of the club, and parents like me getting trinity into the blood of my youngsters will benefit the club in no way whatsoever.

And to be fair, when my lad spent 80 mins looking at the wall and the bloke infront of him last year, he really enjoyed it.

I suppose the club has to mitigate for the worst possible scenario; in the litigious society we now find ourselves in, even the most dyed in the wool, loyal Trinity fan would doubtless succumb to the promises of quick cash from a no-win, no-fee ambulance chaser if say, Richard Moore had, by some fluke accident, crushed their child to death in the act of bundling a cheeky scrum-half over the hoardings. Because of that potentiality, the stewards have been drilled to keep our precious little bundles of joy well away from the playing surface and thus, safe from rampaging monsters like Moore et al.

As for ball-boys, one would imagine they're covered by the clubs insurance?

Fans should not get involved with players during the game!

It's simple really, the stewards are told by someone (the club?) that kids can't sit with their legs over the wall, yet them keep having to tell them not to do it. What's the problem when that is the rule in place?

No-one is saying kids can't go to the games!

I finally plucked up the courage to watch the match again on Sky+. Was surprised at Obst's reaction to his knock-on at the start of the 2nd half. Don't suppose he realised then that it would ultimately be the turning point of the game but don't think he should have found it funny enough to laugh about whilst Bradford fed the resultant scrum.

With this in mind it’s worth the club, as a short team measure, allocating the Paddock in the East stand as the Family Stand and construct a bench raised from the current level so kids will be able to see the action without sitting on the wall. This could be made out of concrete and be about a half a metre wide.

Not only will this mean kids are able to view the match, their parents will also stand with them in the area of the ground that looks the emptiest on TV. An added benefit is the kids will not have to listen to some of the language that adults without children utter during the game, assuming of course all parents refrain from cursing in the presence of their offspring.

my kids sit on the wall with legs behind at all times..this has been fine in the past and also for most of this year apart from a couple of new one's but last week they weren't allowed to sit at all which meant that my 6 year old daughter struggled to see!! fair that ?
