Where do you start with that 1st half performance? A few observations; our forwards don't look up to the pace of the game, Fifita especially. He is carrying too much weight and the new game makes that unsustainable now. They are not covering ground out wide to defend.
Miller is way out of form and we need to give a different pairing a go now.
Gigot offers little.

Quite comfortably the worst I've seen Trinity play for some time. Soft defence, clueless attack, mistake after mistake, and that was before the injuries. Ironically we looked a little more purposeful after them. Catalans are ripping the edges apart with simple play. Hopefully we can stem the flow 2nd half.

From what I saw, Kershaw's injury occurred when Kassiano pulled his leg around as third man in the tackle

The forwards receive the ball with no room and our second phase football is at best pathetic. We got a pass out of a tackle and made a break then back to the usual.
I know we have injuries and players not in their correct positions but we were losing 24-0 before this happened. I know it will never happen but you would think Chester would say I have taken the team as far as I can and go but he won’t because he is not under any pressure to do so.
I look forward to the positives he takes from this game.
I agree the Catalan number 9 will seriously injure someone unless it is clamped on by the officials.
