Thought MC did a good job. Didn't like how he lathagically stated for investment of 50k from a business though. There isn't many businesses that would trust our club after years of dishonesty. MC needs to gain trust back! If I was a Wakey fan with family with millions in the bank or myself I would seriously invest in our club. A team in Wakefield doing well on the pitch, a club run properly the crowds would come again without doubt.

I'm of the opinion that yes we've lost players, but we hardly pulled up any trees last season. If 7 players with the potential for 9 are incoming, I'll be honest, I'm quite excited about 2014!! Bring it on.

The only problem is we've still got the same coach who has pretty much underachieved throughout most of his SL career.

I think the coach has done ok. Pulling a team together to then get 8th spot playing attractive rugby in year 1. Then trying to build on that with the same thin squad which got lots more injuries plus loads of money troubles. Now he has to do it all again and is committed from not walking away. I'll back him to get a team to stay up. Players like him, he will attract quality.

I think a lot of the improvement players show when they come here (and so allow us to sell them on) is just down to confidence. How many came here 2 years ago as they were not deemed good enough at their club? A coach wanted them, played them and they did well. I'm sure similar will happen this year

I hope we can attract two or three out of the seven that are rumour to be coming, that have something a bit special about them to re invigorate season ticket sales.
Then come the start of the season, all this doom and gloom will be history and we can look back and laugh about it.
