The defining moment was at 12-20 down Amor going over the try line and in the process of grounding over 2 players a stray saints hand knocked it from his grasp.

That was one of the worst games of RL I have ever seen. Our guys made more errors than Kitchener's army. Lynne, Mather's absolute gash. Mather's could not be bothered to bend his back half the game. MOM Kirmond / Cockayne. The rest were crap.

It was pretty poor, but nothing we haven't seen all season. Clueless on the last tackle, stupid play, losing plenty of yards after the first contact in the tackle, a wasted spot on the bench. Trinity even struggled to break the line when Saints where down to 12.

Amor drserved his MOM though.

A few players played well, Amor, Kirmond, Kay (who I hope will stay in the team and not go the way of Annakin, Walshaw and Cowling).

Washbrook offered nothing apart from an outstanding ability to break up any kind of attack we got going. Looked much better when he was off the field. Aiton didn't seem to fancy playing today and Tim Smith was quiet too.

Very disappointing, a team on the wind down. Saints not much better, but know how to win when not up to scratch. Got to say Mathers was particularly lethargic today. Can't play with 3 subs for 70 mins, then throw a creative player on with no opportunity to get going. Not seen Collis come inside to look for the ball like he did today.

It was obvious after about 5 minutes that saints had one tactic and that was to kick it way down field and try and make us start every set from our 20 metere area.

Why o why couldn't we read that. Mathers never dropped back deep all game and allowed them to get away with it.

I'd like to know if Tim Smith and Richard mathers were carrying injuries because if they weren't I wouldn't play them again this season, talk about couldn't be bothered!!

Poor from both sides today - slow, lethargic and very flat; Saints were cynical and even resorted to having their water-boy stopping the game at every scrum to give each player a drink from the same bottle.

Amor was excellent, Kay gave another good performance and Lyne showed a bit of what he can do when he backs himself; other than that, garbage.

Can't really say we threw this one away - we were never in it to throw it away.
The price you pay for having only one creative player is that if the opposition bottle him up or if he has a stinker, whichever applies today then you're in trouble

Too many players had their heads down at 16-0 down you can't win games without heart and when you haven't got class as well the result is obvious. We were a good second best today - in fact a championship team would have beaten us today.

Awful game. Both teams were poor but we were a comfortable second. Amor was our best by a mile, Kirmo put the effort in and Lyne with his try finally showed why he should be playing on the wing but that was about it for positives. Looked like most of them were already on the beach.

Our kicking game at present must be the worst in the league, massive improvement needed in this and many other areas

It's just a rerun of what we've seen since and including the Widnes game. I cannot understand how our ball handling can be so consistently bad.

Personally think Lyne showed with his try why he should play on the wing. Amor, Kirmond and Kaye all played well. But turning up for 10 minutes a game simply isn't good enough.

Saints never got out of second gear and were comfortable throughout

Could not see a win today before the game so not let down on that one but the lack of pride and passion shown was a massive let down.Agars selections baffle me why not put Goulding on at half time as we were miles away from opening them up and let him sink or swim.

The worry for me started before that, when we squeezed past a terrible Salford and London side and got those wins, that showed me how bad the team was, its not really improved and its gone backwards on last season.

Lynne took his try well and showed something of his early form! at least he has got pace.This was a average saints team and we should have beaten them on our turf.How much longer have we to endure Agars crap coaching?no structure no pride no idea.
