I think the new company is more a safety net than anything else.
Clearly the deal (signed by the previous owner) is proving problematic for the club.
The CCJ route taken is not proving a winner however the club seem confident they have ridden out the storm.
I see the new company more like an insurance policy to protect the club from further losses or damage if needs be.
Weather or not it is ethical or how it affects the owners I am not certain but it protects the club.

Read somewhere that it's only open to existing Gold Members. The girl in the shop did ask me for my 2013 Book so I presume if I hadn't had took it I would've been refused. I only had it because I read somewhere that it would be required.

Think that's a bit cruel mate, a computer database isn't exactly rocket science is it, if a guy turns up without the required paperwork etc it shouldn't be difficult to Suss out if someone's genuine, especially as we're trying to bring money in for whatever reason!
