Correct, it is his livelihood, but the club owes no-one a living. Fact is, if he thinks he's worth more than we think he is (and I think he's lucky to be offered anything) then it's tough. That said, if he did say that, he's an idiot to slag off a potential employer.

NO MATE it damn well isn't the right place to vent your frustration, it's both unprofessional and yobish is assuming of course it's even true. The place to discuss his lively hood is in the Boardroom or on the pitch. Perhaps he should have thought about his lively hood when producing lack lustre performances all year! I don't care whether Elston is a total SOB that is not how you behave, some growing up required from both of you.

Its all dependent on what the other options are surely. Unless someone can tell us who else is a possibility, its hard to say if Korki is worth another contract or not??

Im not Korki's greatest fan, but i can see some qualities in him. What i will say is, in the early part of this season, without Korki & Morro, our pack would have been steam rolled. You watched teams run out and they were the only 2 of any size in our pack. That doesnt/shouldnt guarentee him a contract, but it should go some way towards helping him get one if there is nothing better at the same price.

I met Hickey on the day he arrived and then spent a while with him at Celebrate Wakefield last night.

Take it from me, the bloke has shifted some serious weight and looks well on the way to being an asset to us next season. He has confirmed that he won't be returning to Australia in the closed season and will be concentrating 100% on being fit for the start of next year.

No excuses for not being in shape this season but we've seen Hickeys worst let's hope we see his best in 2012.

I suppose he does have the right in theory, but if he's looking for a new contract, he won't have done himself any favours.
