As many have said,.... I am also so PROUD of the effort on the field tonight, I cant remember a time in the last few years that I was so Proud of them.... They never ever stopped... ran hard, thought defensive (in the majority of the time) they were fantastic.. We created bugger all but with what we have their you cant expect a plethora of chances.

We never looked like we were going to win... but kept the score respectable and we are a young English team, we need a few recruits..

Special mention to Griffin & Johnson making their debuts thought Johnson was great defensively and Griffin did well.

Came away feeling great... maybe the £2 a pint helped that but... Good On The Lads....

Mopseys been a bit quiet, now were throwing it about, and the players are giving all for the coach....

Yes, I didn't see Johnson pre season, but I'd like to see him in a bit of space, he looks very quick and he was very good defensively.

He looks as quick as Penny and he looks like he can defend as well so for me he has to keep his place.

I went tonight half expecting Wire to get 60 but felt the £2 pint would make up for it

Instead I was impressed by the passion and potential of our guys and think that the days of one pass and a drive may be gone


I have never seen us loose and felt so positive about the club.
Play like that on a weekly basis and regardless of the result I will be more than happy!

Cant knock the effort tonight BUT we just dont have the players on board to win matches ... Where basically watching a bunch of kids with a few exceptions play rugby - look pretty much clueless in attack but luckily we have enthusiasm in defence ...

Need some go forward in the pack but definatley some new ideas in the halfs - we need BJ back pronto ...

As said, no point slagging them off cos there not good enough - just gonna have to turn up and see how this develops !!!

Obviously I can't say man bits. It changes it to rubbish.

Not disappointed at all with tonight's effort and fitness levels. We tackled well and most of the Warrington points came from our basic errors. They didn't blow us away with class as expected and they will know they have been in a game tomorrow morning! Solo with a massive shiner, Atkins looking like a long term casualty, Grix with a gash to the head, Briers finishing on one leg. We tackled well and got into their faces. There will be a lot of surprised people when they see the scoreline.

We are just lacking that spark in attack and this is what is leading to basic and costly errors. Must have counted 9 or 10 errors we made in their 20 when we didn't have a clue what to do. Forced passes, panic passes, knock-ons etc etc etc. Cut those out and we're looking something like. Jeffries will help but as mentioned before, he is not the single answer to our lack of half-back creativity. Need Kingy back ASAP for some go forward.

We actually crossed 3 other times tonight but were held up twice and then Hendo's double movement.

All in all a good solid performance despite the final score.

I think that we are too slow at the play the ball, we always got turned onto our backs and then the ball out was slow.

Warrington kept on landing on there fronts and getting quick play the ball, our lads are a bit naive in this area of the game.

Great effort, a good sporting contest and a lot of promise to build on for the future. Very proud tonight.

5 out 10 for execution in 1st half. Too many daft errors on their line. A lot of teams will do a lot worse than we did against them this season, but with more composure in the first half, we could have done a lot better.

Impressed with Johnson. He seemed to have Reilly sorted. Tommy Lee had a great game, as did Korki. I like Rinaldi, but he does seem to be the chief error merchant, and Wildie looked a bit lost when they were both on.

Bar behind the sticks was a good to place to watch the game from, although some of the Wire fans were a pain in the jacksy. To be fair to them though, they'd come a fair way, paid their money, and were enjoying the night. I just want them to remember that they were once rubbish too.

Once again 100% effort and comitment young lads are learning every week. Play to that level every week and get bj in to organise near opponents line and we will pick up some wins.

Considering everything, brilliant effort, all your guys playing with a smile on their face all backing each other up when they made a mistake. An outsider looking in would think you were defending champs the way you held yourself.
If that was my team, i'd be very proud and i can assure you i am no sychophantic attention seeker i mean this from my heart, superb effort guys.
