The idea that nobody can voice an opinion unless they are recognised by "official" organisations is ridiculous.

Hull FC seem to have a conveyor belt of Hull area youngsters but I guess the relative league positions suggests buying in other teams prospects is the way to go, especially with IMG ratings having no reward for development.

I wonder what the reasoning is behind no reward for developing young players, aren't they the future?
