pop tart could it not be possible to have a sticky on developments if any on the stadium progress so it doesn't get flooded out with other comments which we all do,things that come from the club , media and trust that could be controlled by you and not have to sift through to read or find where we all are, you then leave this open to continue with suggestions, rumours or for the playful little tinkers that would like to contribute?

I'm ok doing it but I have to say, when I've done it before, it hasn't stopped the thread being swamped with other stuff.

On rugby league backchat Martyn Sadler said there would be good news within the next two weeks on the Stadium

would have to be locked but at least then we could see where we are at the present unlike the above post which is another rumour of news in two weeks
nothing wrong with stating something that has come from the media but it goes on and on

I'm sure he said good news in the next few weeks, not two weeks & he also said this in his newspaper column how many months ago that his sources indicate good news within the next few weeks.

Isn't that what the thread is about, what's wrong with a few rumours people live in hope for a new stadium and cling to any bit of info regarding any progress made towards this achievement, if there was no speculation on this board there'd only be the likes of you still on it.

yes so you keep this one open for the likes of you who like to talk about it, no problems there but if there was one that had announcements which didn't get smothered with other posts its a good way of keep up with what has been said passed or declined

I don't talk about it personally I leave that to the more informed posters, but that does not stop me from wanting to know whats happening regardless of the amount of substance in the rumours, there's a clue in the thread title btw

how many times have you read the same post news coming in two weeks does it not grind you down after all the yrs, if there are some fish and chip rumours they can come on here can't they, the title says updates not rumours and gossip

Not sure it works mate. Tried on our nutjob forum. seperate thread created for updates from Lateral/Axiom.
When no updates are provided more and more new negative threads are opened (same as on here) all the time.
Then when eventually |(last few days) axiom give a positive update the same doubters appear.
Don't get me wrong I know both sets of supporters have glass half empty fans but it seems there are some on both forums who don't want either to happen just so they can say "I told you so"
