I don't pretend to know all the Kear / Catalans details but wasn't he ready to go but the dragons refused to pay compensation ? Must be difficult to play for / listen to a coach who you know has tried to jump ship.

Shocking stuff. Kear has lot the plot he has run out of ideas, it's just like Tony Smith back in charge! What went off in the past is history we don't owe him a living. Having said that our main problems all go back to Ted Richrdsons fatal decision to sell Brough, a disgrace of a decision to sell him and have no replacement. Danny Brough was everything to Wakefield and without him we are nothing! If we still had him I bet we would of been comfortably in the top 8. What we've made on him we've lost in lack of crowds that would of been coming had we been wining! Well done Ted with your short term economics!

Spot on. To try and lift the depression I watched the DVD of the Leeds game at the start of the season but it only depressed me more. Brough winning the MoM, running the game and kicking Leeds all over the park. How can it be good business to let your best player leave and not replace him with an equivalent player.

The club is having no more of my hard earned cash anymore whilst JK is in charge. I dont mind getting beat if we are commited and give 100% but when was the last time we gave that, we cant tackle cant pass and wouldn't be in the top 6 of the championship. Didn't go today, just got back in after driving back from a wedding in Plymouth and seen the result. I'm not in the least bit surprised by the result. Our club is a shambles from top to bottom. The current situation is possibly even worse that the mid eighties, and they were pretty bad.
We play crap boring rugby, have no flair and seemingly little pride or passion. If Richardson Trinity Wildcats think they are getting season ticket money off me for another year they can get stuffed.

Usually Shudds beat us the most ugly when we expect to win, I thought with nothing to lose and less pressure now the season is clearly over we'd at least get a few tries troubling the score board.

You need to be able to pass a ball in order to score tries. Something we clearly do not practise

I really don't see any reason to play the first team again this season. Fill it with the young lads who really can't be any worse, whether they're ready for SL or not, stick them in with absolutely no pressure on their shoulders and let then play how they want. The losing margin would no longer matter.

Kear might say there not ready for week in week out SL, i think he's right.

Give them 1 game FFS lets see what the likes of our youngsters can do,im sure they would give more effort
