I would hope and trust their are more persons with the ideas, application and know how behind the scene at our beloved trin than an avid fan who wants to see the club be all it can be even with the limitations it has.

I just want the club to do itself justice to the wider BBC audience with respect to marketing, cosmetic groundwork, entertainment, and the way we conduct ourselves.

I hate to say this but i have a feeling that the crowd wont be as big as we are all hoping for. The reason i say this is because season ticket holders don't get in so this may take a few off the gate. Also couple the fact that Cas are on a bad run with the fact that it is on free to watch bbc TV.

We need as many as possible there, time to round up any part timers and get them down to BV.

There will be changes in the Cas line up but they wont be made due to Mattersons promise to ruthlessly drop players. Most of the players missing out will not be the ones that deserve to or be the ones that Matterson was refering to in his post match interview. He will mask his inability to drop players by using those injured and in need of replacing rather than be tough enough to make the changes he promised after the game.

After watching them against Wire, I can't think of many I'd leave in to be honest - they were absolutely dire, right across the field.

Just hope they don't bounce back against us next week.

The club have been doing a lot to to encourage support by handing out flyers in wakey this week, and for £15 surely its better to be there than sat at home being pestered by the tea pots and the trouble and strife!!!

I'll agree with that. Think we would have been looking at more had it been a Sunday fixture but I can't see much more than 7300 for the facts it's a televised game, there will be a percentage of people working on Saturday, a percentage involved in local sports, cricket etc.

The travelling crowd will really be hit by Cas's "Help for Zeroes" performance last weekend. Probably Cas's worst performance of the Super League era. Was on a par with the Salford performances when the players wanted shut of Karl Harrison. Maybe they're trying to tell Matterson something? Let's hope he doesn't get the message before Saturday.

With it being on TV i guess anyhting over 7000 is decent.

Up there but not quite, Saints have put more past us at the Jungle a couple of times and Leeds once hit 70 at Headingley IIRC. Regards Matterson being afraid to drop key players he left out Chase/Westerman at Huddersfield last year but I suspected that was an empty gesture because he surely knew we'd get beat anyway due to injuries and poor form. So watch out for Mathers/Orr/Ferres etc out shopping around 13:30 on Saturday

Seriously he could chop Hudson and McGoldrick without any worries about further weakening the team but they're the only ones he has adequate (in fact superior) replacements for so I don't expect the axe to cut much deeper.

Re the attendance I can't see foresee many more than 6k with Cas struggling to bring 2k.
