Absolutely, this Sunday would have been the first game I haven`t attended since we`ve been allowed back in, me and the little lad will be there this Sunday.

Yep, would have been going anyway as an ST holder, but hope that the posters on here that said they wouldn't watch the team if CC was in charge turn up to watch on Sunday - and beyond.

After last Sunday was thinking twice about it ,but will now be down there with 100% support and my mask

I was always going to go but now it will be with a little more enthusiasm mixed with the fear of the unknown, not that the unknown could be much worse based on current form.

100% I'll be there. Now is a time for optimism.

Sybil and I will be there as usual, hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Might as well use the season tickets whilst we have them. A 95 mile drive back from Louth should help the afternoon along nicely.

I was certainly not going, but now I am. The club have done the right thing so I will back them.

My only little gripe is that they allowed things to fester for too long before acting but I am sure they will have learnt from this unfortunate chapter.

Will be interesting to see if Poaching makes any interesting changes. Hope that he gets hold of Batty, reminds him how good he was last year, starts him and says just forget everything that you thought Chester wanted you to do and rip in. Would love to see him tell Miller and Hampshire to just play what is in front of them, would love to see those two given freedom to play. Hampshire, Miller, Jowitt can if allowed combine brilliantly I hope he gives Walker the 13 shirt and tells him its his shirt for rest of season, that lad can play. Would like Aydin to get big minutes. Hope he gets Big Dave running onto the ball at pace rather than standing still. Biggest thing he can do is straighten the running lines, we have been easy to defend against as everything goes sideways for the last three years.

I get your point Belly on those but it's not like he couldn't tell them to do that before.

And the half backs playing what's in front of them isn't the issue it's the organised build up play we miss. Off the cuff exciting rugby is the one thing we can do...... We just don't get the opportunity.

6 of us Going with a spring in our step and personally what feels like a weight lifted of my shoulders and looking forwards to a new era down at the club I’ve loved for around 50 years .As I’ve said previously players come and go just as coaches do but we must at all costs keep this club going and although sad in many ways it is for the greater cause that this has happened now .I just hope the players can look themselves in the mirror knowing they have to a big extent caused this coach to lose his job by not giving their all when required . Carter needs to ask them all personally if they are up for the fight and if not show them the door also,Last thing we need at our club with such a tight budget is players that are stealing a wage

Well I will be there on Sunday with my brother.
After 15 mins on Sunday we were thinking that a first half similar to that at BV earlier in the season was on the cards.
Even before Seniors error it looked as though we had a game on our hands.
Second half you could sense the crowd feeling that we had run out of steam and ideas.
Unfortunately for CC the buck stops there with the coach and people around us felt that it was time for him to go.
He needs to build up his confidence and a number 2 role under a leading coach is what he needs now to rid him of the blindness he has had in been able to lead this team better. At the end of the day it is a results business and the board have given him more chances than many clubs would have done.

Always was going, it never entered my head not to. After missing much of last season and the first part of this, any game I can get to is worth it. I get why people wanted to withhold their support but to me to do so would've been counter productive to club like ours.

I felt CC had run his course and should've gone last off season. This year has turned out exactly as thought it would.

It's totally counterproductive. If you're just sick of going then fine it's your choice but to use it as a threat to punish the club for not doing what you want is plain dumb.

Look at it the other way. Perhaps the perceived threat of a significant number of people not renewing season tickets etc helped MC to make the right decision.

It's possible but I suspect that train wreck result and interview was the main reason.

I don't quite see the hoards turning away that some report but as said by Vasty I think the performance this week is more significant.

Well, from my own involvement in the amateur game, I know for a fact of many stay aways and intent, me included, not to renew season tickets (2) unless change occurred. No idea how many board members there are but something like this would have been discussed and the fall out explored.
