Brad is a promising hooker, had a good game against the Yowies only time will tell but I hope he goes ok. If we don't play them I guess we'll never know.

Sorry I missed Liam, plays centre but I think he could be a 2nd rower as he runs it in well in the 19s. A brave kid when I've watched him and a good prospect.

In many respects, it's an ideal game to play them, although, a derby game against Cas is certainly a baptism of fire.
This will be a great experience for any of the youngsters. At home, in front of a decent crowd and the one thing we have seen this season, it the enthusiasm from the young players when they have come in and it's an ideal opportunity to show Chester what they have to offer.

Apart form it being a derby, there is no pressure on this one. We are secure in the 8 and maybe, better things to come.

I would expect Brad Moules to play as we are down on hookers.

It's a good time to bring him in as we will need hooking cover next year with Howarth going and Sio being useful at 13.
......and the fact that Moore will be banned for half the season.

It will tell us how badly we need to recruit.

Doubt Moules or Senior will make the 17, but looking forward to seeing Crowther who is somewhat further down the development road getting a run out.

My issue is not that Cas can score long range tries, it's that whenever their in the opposition twenty they'll more than likely score every time as teams not just ours seem to crap their pants when the ball is shifted to the outside backs.

Depends whether Dorn is playing. He makes a big difference for them.

...............edit I just checked he isn't in their squad. Still pretty strong though. They start as favourites.

Rotating 2 props against a bigger pack was always going to take its toll. Even game until we ran out of steam.

Next week should have Kirmond, Moore and Anderson back. Are Yates & Walker still out on loan? could have done with them both in the 17. Not enough props.

Would've said that's exactly why we've been out muscled. Clearly we holding players back for the important game next week.

We've just been schooled yet again by the weakest side Cas could've put out.

CC said on SL show I think it was they sent Yates out on loan then literally next game got those injuries and can't call him back, which he'd have liked to.

Should have put more on them in the first half tbh. We were light weight in the pack and thus it told in the end, when we were making no yards in the final quarter. They were blowing half way through the 2nd big time. Hopefully no more injuries and can put this behind us and get ready for next week.

Bloody hell you do love a good moan you don't you. I think it's pretty obvious what Trinity's priority is this week or so.

I would say it's stating a fact rather than having a moan - the score line backs it up.
