Did hospitality on Friday night and the food was good again!


Nice for it to be announced in there that Max has signed on for 2 more years....
Think we're going to need him.....
But - was torn between Belle Vue and Oakwell and only went as three of us had booked the hospitality (two mates from Wakey)....
I left at HT... Mates were quite shocked - but I asked them if they could honestly see us scoring 22 unanswered points to get back in the game?
Er no.


Caught the train and managed to watch most of the 2nd half of Barnsley in a pub in town....
Would never have done that before......


It's that bad for me.....

Felt pretty much the same, BG...watching Trin this season is a real chore, especially on Friday as it cost me £100 for 5 tickets for family members too !!
We could have had a much more enjoyable night out absolutely anywhere else for that kind of money

I agree. It's painful at times.

I keep telling myself it'll be all the more sweeter when we win.......but I'm starting to wonder if I'll be celebrating Christmas first.

Going by the attendance many are feeling the same. Given Leigh said the day before the game they’d sold over 700 tickets and the crowd was announced as 1568 then it makes for pretty grim reading. We probably lost money hosting the tie. And the chance to play York for a place in semi finals.

All CC games were down. We effectively lost the ST holders who had to pay and the casuals.
Next home game is a better gauge
