It's believed by the FBI that this type of pandemic fear mongering episode was in fact tried just after 9/11.
Anyone remember the mainstream media's hysteria around the anthrax scare? All the talk of the day was "flu like symptoms" and "we're all going to die", where have we heard that before? Strangely enough just before the attacks were known to have started CNN reported the risk of an anthrax attack. Great foresight by those US officials and CNN publishers!

I remember the attacks a bit at the time and was later confused how they had originally told us it was somehow linked to overseas terrorism - Al Qaeda, Russians etc. Turned out the official narrative of pointing the finger at the "overseas bad guys" had to change fast as some clever boffins worked out the source had actually come from a US military base - Fort Detrick. The terrorism was domestic which led some people to suggest it was another false flag part of a Psi Op. Strangely enough this base was forced to close in early 2019

The US helped move its operations to China by funding the infamous lab in Wuhan then you all know what major news story broke at the end of 2019. Suspicious to say the least.
Back to anthrax in 2001, the FBI blamed just one individual for the anthrax attack - Dr Bruce Irvins. Some argue he was framed by the FBI for the attack as they could only pin circumstantial evidence for it being him. I myself find it hard to believe why he would carry out such horrific attacks on random people that he had no vendetta against even taking into account his so called "reported emails".
More interesting is according to the FBI his motive was saving the anthrax vaccine program.

As an NHS doctor, I’ve seen people die and be listed as a victim of coronavirus without ever being tested for it. But unless we have accurate data, we won’t know which has killed more: the disease or the lockdown?
I suppose most people would be somewhat surprised to know that the cause of death, as written on death certificates, is often little more than an educated guess. Most people die when they are old, often over eighty. There is very rarely going to be a post-mortem carried out, which means that, as a doctor, you have a think about the patient’s symptoms in the last two weeks of life or so. You go back over the notes to look for existing medical conditions.
Previous stroke, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, angina, dementia and suchlike. Then you talk to the relatives and carers and try to find out what they saw. Did they struggle for breath, were they gradually going downhill, not eating or drinking?
If I saw them in the last two weeks of life, what do I think was the most likely cause of death? There are, of course, other factors. Did they fall, did they break a leg and have an operation – in which case a post-mortem would more likely be carried out to find out if the operation was a cause.
Mostly, however, out in the community, death certification is certainly not an exact science. Never was, never will be.
Then, along comes Covid-19, and many of the rules – such as they were – went straight out the window

However, this is the reason for my perfectly legitimate question.

Indeed, it was company employees who blew the whistle about off-label marketing—=#800000and kickbacks to physicians, who were paid to prescribe certain drugs.
I have no reason to believe this is still not an ongoing problem inside the medical profession, hence the question.
