In a season full of shock results, this was right up there and just shows what can happen when a side is "drinking in the last chance saloon".
I've no idea where their performance came from as the have been truly awful for a number of weeks. Granted, Hull have been THE most inconsistent side in the comp but, with 2nd spot having been well and truly up for grabs, this is a huge chance missed for them.
If London were to beat Leeds and KR overcome Catalan, both of which are possible, it will be very much game on.
We need Catalans and Leeds wins this weekend. With the Hull KR Vs London game next week, it will be impossible for both Hull KR and London to win the required two games each.
I would think Leeds will be wanting to sew it up tomorrow, as they are still not in the clear, but the Huddersfield result last night shows you can't take anything for granted!
