I was a coach at the club where he played as an amateur in Leeds. There were a couple of us (one of which was an ex pro player himself) of the same view that although had the skills, his attitude what let him down in the fulfilment of his career. The sad thing is that seeing him as a 13 - 14 yr old you just knew he could be the next big thing if he got rid of the chip on his shoulder. TBH seeing what he was and what he now is I can't honestly see him ever being more than a decent championship player. Good luck to him, but I believe he has had more second chances than a Professional Sportsperson deserves. The scary thing is that there are probably one or two other younger super league players, who if not very careful could see their careers on the same path.
Messed up at hull, after a couple of chances, was disciplined at crusaders for going on a boozefest. He is a fool to himself,so hope this LAST chance helps him to get back on track.
