Yep that sums it up for me, if thats the answer then i woudl be worried.

Whatever the case, whether you've got a couple of gold fillings you'd like to trade in or an old east stand full of steel, the market seems to have dictated their sporting involvement quite radically over the years, and they don't seem to be in it for the long haul. Do we need them to be in it for the long haul though? Posters who know more then me about the clubs finances say Ted has not put money in for a while and were self sufficient. That being the case than a 2 to 3 year cash injection from the Frances could be just the catalyst we need for building a strong platform for our last year at BV and early years when we are in the new stadium.

If I were Ted, I would be tempted to say if you agree to provide x per season and put the lump sum up front in a trust for the club, then lets do the deal.

Cash injections would be marvellous. What happens when the cash is ejected though, as the EF involvement in motorsport showed?

Jonathan France is currently banned from being a Director of any company. So he's a no go for being figurehead of the club. The Frances might have money but as with previous companies they've put them in to admin when things get tough. Something that would kill our club if it ever happened.
