Since my post some time ago stating my disaffection with the ambition or lack of it from the club admin I've seen many more supporters give up the cause too.
I've begun to think is this a deliberate ploy to run the club down deliberatly.
Point 1,
Super league now has a definite inbalance in that 7 Yorkshire clubs
only 4 Lancs clubs and 3 others.
Point 2
Is the thinking that should Trin be relegated, go under, whatever would there be less of an outcry if the support base were less as is now the case ?????

The silence from the club is deaffening and is leading to all sorts of speculation regarding the future, I feel that every other club in SL would have been doing everything possible to put things right both on and off the pitch.

Ted was the only Chairman willing to merge the last time round, is the club being manuevered into that scenario again.

No the club is just totally inept in many areas.

and will remain that way until Ted and his cronies move on. Sadly that won't happen until the stadium is built, and that won't happen until the council actually progress the planning application.

The fact that we have another year in the top flight is a key factor for me in our obvious lack of ambition. No gurantee means the clubs hands are tied. Players can only come for one year if they want to come at all, and coupled with the fact that its sht or bust unless we get a new stadium, all focus is understandably on Newmarket.

Ted won't move until Newmarket is complete and as a consequence we as supporters will be treated to a feast of inept "rugby", if you can call it that, with no real need to concentrate on anything other than a new stadium.

It's a horrible situation we find ourselves in, and sadly the only ones who can rectify it are WMDC.

We've had 11 years to sort it out and failed.

If this is the case the club need to be putting out feelers for someone who is suitable and READY to take over from Ted. How many takers would there be??

Thankless task, i'm not sure there would be many.

Ted over the years has always said he would step aside if someone else could do a better job, could take us further and indeed would not put the club at risk, after all he is a supporter first.
Well ted your still clinging on as best you can, despite your years of inafective stewardship and dismissal of outside benefactors.
Could it be the RFL for once could be our knight in shining armour, and force this idiot out, because he's trying to hang on despite his previous claims.
You have gone from just being embarassing to now being another hurdle for us in gaining our licence, FFS go NOW!!!!!
