Just a quick heads up to what entertainment is on for the big match, at the moment we have prior to the game in the Armour glass suite The Tom Gee Band, tickets are still available for this including the meal and game for £50 each.

The Tom Gee Band will also be performing after the game in the Hall of Fame Bar.

On the Field before the game again we have local singer Brogan Hird. This may be added to later on this week, still working on a few things. Hopefully we will have our broken PA speakers back from repair and working again.

Well done! Hope you get support in getting the speakers back in time for the Warrington match.

Could you get the on field singers to perform on the centre spot (rather than just in front of the main stand)?

Brogan Hird is a fantastic find. This suggestion might be better for someone like Lianne King though - How about we adopt Culture Club's Karma Chamelion as the Cougar Anthem. The singer could change the words from Karma Chamelion to Cougar Chamelion. If it takes off, the club might even introduce gold into the team shirt colours.. Red, Green AND GOLD ...

The problem we have at the moment is the radio microphone is getting old and will not reach the centre of the field, it starts to cut out about 10 metres onto the pitch. People may not believe this but the current PA system has been in use for over 8 years now and certain parts are starting to wear out. I'm currently working on 1 or 2 things to improve this problem, we will have to replace the radio microphone systems soon though. Radio microphone systems unfortunately are not cheap and replacements stand at about £400 each for a new 2012 digital model which has 100 metres range.

It's looking like we won't have our speakers back from the repair shop in time for Sundays game, still awaiting on parts to arrive from supplier in London. We are however addressing the issue of people complaining its way too loud in the stand, we are gonna turn all the speakers to face outwards like the old days.

The pa system is controlled digitally throughout the ground on a network system and unfortunately has been operating on a very basic setup since it went down last year. It's a very complicated system and requires extensive programming, however my son is a genius with this kind of thing and is currently reprogramming the networks configuration. This means once it's done amongst other things that the radio microphone system will again work in the hall of fame bar.

On a different note forgot to mention on Sunday that there will be a bucket collection for the YMCA.
