Absolutely. Cougarmania is definitely on it's way back! The number of fans that turned out last night was very encouraging. As I have said before, there is a buzz that I have not felt for some time and the squad looks very impressive. Semi will great addition to our back line and a big welcome to him. I can't wait for boxing day now.

Was nice for Gary to give an insight into the finances and state of the club. Also very encouraging and shows that this squad has been put together within budget. Cougars for SL, still not sure about that one but a realistic aim for next season should be the play offs.

Could see Keighley winning the league and GF I will be making games whenever Wakey are not playing

Judging by some of your previous vindictive posts on this site I'd be surprised if you got a sensible answer.

To be honest it is a question on my mind.

It's probably on every Keighley fans mind Goosey, especially considering our "colourful" past.

We are assured that we are within the salary cap and are financially sound, so as fans I'm not sure what more we can do to ask these questions.

Perhaps a little bit of optimism might be in order

I think this is the only pre season for a while where I have thought everything seems in order , there is a good feeling about things and everything is on a level playing field to start with. I also think we have a lot to thank JD for , bringing with him the vast knowledge and contacts he has .....that coupled with the existing backroom staff has led to some dream signings and the promise of a fantabulous season ahead.

Love the new signings and the ambition the club are showing at the moment, think we have a really good chance of a playoff spot at least this year and a good run in the Northern Rail Cup. I have every confidence that the club is going in the right direction, my only reservation and I think it would be the main objection the RL would have to awarding us a Super League licence is the state of the main stand at Cougar park, it's knackered, we need a new one.

We'll need a lot more than a new stand to get a super league licence.

We need stands with corporate boxes, better changing facilities and disabled access.

An end that we can segregate for large numbers of away fans that has it's own facilities, toilets, food and drink outlets etc.

A full sized 100m field.

A video scoreboard

A media facility for broadcasters and journalists

A capacity of 12-15,000

To be honest we'll probably need a new stadium. Anyone got a spare £15m?
