I will be going to Elland Road to watch Leeds play Storm in the World Challange. Had my ticket over a month.

And how about travel to away games? Rachel, how about you getting a bus up for away games?

I can remember the first game against them in the Superleague era; we played at their old ground, big crowd, lots of cougar fans, thrilling game that ended a draw.

My abiding memory was of a youngish woman spitting feathers and claiming we were cheats, the officials were cheats, the RFL were cheats and every one had it in for them. She was either foaming at the mouth or had just brushed her teeth and forgotten to gargle

buses set up by the club is a good idea. the more people that can go away the better our season could be. not saying we'd win our away games but sure it'd make the lads feel better. not everyone can afford to go to away games but im sure some ppl could get to the odd one or two over a season.

Laughton is the ref for this Sunday.

It makes no difference if he is from Widnes.
Refs are allowed to ref there own town teams.

Vikingman can you tell me if we can change ends at half time as I want to be at the end where the cougars attack as this is where the tries will be

Hi Girl Power, Widnes will only have 2 stands open for Sunday and both run along the touch lines. The view is exceptional though and in reality you could move from one end of the stand to the other but your best off sat together as a group of fans. I would expect the gate to be around the 3,500 mark on Sunday so it will be a decent atmosphere.

What's parking like these days ???. Last time I went we parked on someones shop front for a fiver.

Try and get there in decent time and park up by McDonalds (not in but the road opposite). It's a 5-10 minute walk up to the stadium.

I think you can still park on the shopfront if you are early enough but I'd save a fiver and park on either the college carpark on Caldwell Road (5 - 10 mins walk) which is down past the ground and left at The Cricketers pub and then 2nd or 3rd right at the shop/chippy or street parking around the ground.
