Bethpage looks like an untameable beast this year. A large over par score to win I would imagine.
Any fancies? Obviously Woods can generally pick his way around any course but I fancy Ogilvy and Z Johnson.....or I did until they both started with bogey golf.

As much as I dislike Mickelson, I'd like to see him win under the current circumstances. I'm a softy for fairytale endings

Thats a good call they are all quality players, i would like to see Casey do it because i think he has got the best chance out of all the English players and the other two have obviously done it before in majors and always seem to be there or thereabouts.

Personally I think that whoever plays 36 holes today and gets on a roll could end up winning. Tiger has finished poorly and with 3/4 of an inch of rain forcast tomorrow in the NY area I think scores will be high again.

I've had a tenner each way on Casey....will favour the long players (hopefully)!

Weir is playing some brilliant golf today, doubt he will keep it up but I wouldn't mind him proving me wrong.

To be fair, anyone due out in the enxt couple of hours can count themselves unlucky. The lads who played 24-30 holes yesterday, did so in decent conditions. 80% chance of rain again today ad the likes of Woods etc will be starting their 2nd rounds up to 10 shots back.

Hoepfully there will be play this evening. The maud is going out so I've got the place to myself and a mixture of US Open Golf, Rugby League and Xbox Live would be stupendous!

Ross fisher has got a good chance i hope he can pull it off he seems like one of the most down to earth blokes iv ever seen.

Tiger will get to -2 and miss a few long puts by not very much and the world will keep on spinning but all the talk will be about Tigers big effort on the last day
