Vidic, except for two poor games he has been by far our best player and IMO the standout player in the League. He was key to our exceptional defence earlier in the season, and he's had to play without his main defensive partner for the majority of the season.

Evra's inclusion in the Team of the Year is a bit surprising, but shows the lack of quality in the position really. Obviously, Giggs getting PotY means he needs to be in the TotY too but it's still strange seeing him at CM.

We done alright with Torres earlier this year, it was when he was coming back, getting fit then getting injured what was spoiling things. Then it took him not long after the Everton cup game to hit fitness and now he's playing well.

I actually think his all-round play this year has been much better than last year.

I don't care about individual honours as they're all based on opinion, and as you see sometimes opinion is blinkered with sentiment. It's quite clear how much thought has gone into this award.
