Slightly concerned about the title change on SD. They booked Swagger as a bit of a joke on Raw in the same week in that he couldn't pin Cena even after several briefcase shots. So to have him turn up on SD and pin their champion, imo, devalues both the World title AND Jericho as it makes him look weak. I'm assuming he's picked up an injury and is having time off.


As for HBK bashing Flair, I don't think that's the case. I think HBK is disappointed that Flair didn't ride off into the sunset as planned, but he understands Flair's reasons for keeping going and there's very little to do with staying in the spot-light. It's more down to Flair's private life which includes, I believe, 4 ex wives to pay for plus a few other lawsuits that he's paying off.

HBK is one of a handful of wrestlers who is actually in a position to not NEED to wrestle. Stone Cold, Foley and Rock are the few I can think of off the top of my head.

Road agent, booker, adviser, on-screen manager, commentator etc. There's loads of jobs he could have done.

Flair's in the position he's in now because he lived the high life to excess and married several times. To keep wrestling in TNA is inexcusable - the guy got the biggest send-off of all-time by WWE. A guy who looked upto him gave him his best match for 15-20 years. Surely TNA can't be paying him sh*tloads to wrestle - the guy can barely move ffs!

Roofs what gives you the right to say things like that against Flair? He is the best (he's flawed who isnt?)

the HBK V Flair was a great way to end his career he got a big pay day on the back of it but still wanted more and more . My heart bleeds for him

JR's contract with WWE expires this month - WWE don't want him to be a commentator but he says he has no objection to returning to the announce table.

TNA should pull out all the stops to bring him in - in my opinion he would be their biggest signing. Bringing someone in who can really 'sell' the moment to the viewer would be a huge deal for them, especially since WWE don't have anyone like that to replace him right now. I would have thought the lighter schedule would appeal to him.

I used to enjoy TNA but since the takeover its gone downhill. They have taken the hottest tag team in wrestling, Beer Money, and changed them into Bischoffs stodges. Daniels has been released, Nash, Hall and Waltman are back in the main event

, Kong has been released and Bubba Love Sponge kept, but at least the Nasty Boys have been released.

Think Daniels may have requested a release, as he was in ROH last week before he'd even left TNA officially, Kong had MAJOR problems with Bubba, but there's no actual confirmation of her release.

Like Mutley said, whichever way you dress it up he's thrown everything back in WWE/HBK's face. He's wasted money over the years that low-paid indie guys busting their bodies up night after night can only dream of, but now cos he's skint he needs TNA's help, which also stinks because if you watch an Off The Record interview with him on that popular video sharing website you will hear him sarcastically asking (about 5-6 years ago) - "Who is TNA?!", just because he was nice and cosy in Evolution at the time (IIRC).
He's gone down so much in my estimation. When I think back to been in amazement at his 60+ minute performance at the Royal Rumble nearly 20 years ago to how he is now, it's sad, it really is.
He was one of the best mic performers in the world, but these days he just rants like a f*****g maniac, which is yet another way in which he's a hypocrite - just a few years ago he was sticking the boot into the Warrior for those insane interviews, now Flair does the same damn thing!

Hey finally went on Legends of Wrestlemania for the first time yesterday, still don't think the gameplay of Here Comes The Pain will ever be beaten, but it is however a very addictive and thorough game, would definitely recommend it to any long-time fan.

If I'd have been writing Impact last night there would have been a dildo in one of them boxes .... if not 4.

TNA iMPACT! is moving permanantly to the 8/7c slot on Mondays (1 hour earlier), they are also gaining a repeat showing at 9pm on Thursdays.

Lance storm is in a real er about it.

Watching the video posted by TNA on Youtube it's not a stiff shot to the head. Homicide actually throws the chair and it glances off Rob Terry's head quite lightly it looks.

Watched Raw last night, thought only very average really.

Usually it's strong for a while after Mania, but seemed quite stale considering that, hopefully the Draft will shake things up.

Be interesting to see what state The Hoff's in next week.

Well I think this guest host gimmick is really wearing thin now. It was an interesting idea to start with. A way to differentiate Raw and SD and to get the occasional ratings spike depending on who they got. But a lot of the "celebrities" were c-list at best and they were rarely able to help carry the story lines that someone in that role is supposed to be doing.
