Shame really. I don't know why teams accept doing Real's dirty work. If I was a side and I'd signed a Real player, I'd want a fairly big buy back clause if he had intentions of going back to Real, not these small fees Real stick in them.

I like Negredo as a player, it's just unfortunate that there are so many quality attacking options to choose from at Madrid. RVN, Raul, Benzema, Higuain, Ronaldo even Kaka. There is just no chance of Negredo playing even at least half the games for Madrid this season it's best if he goes else where for his own good. If I were him I'd be looking at signing for Roma imo.

What's the chances of them going for him again seeing as it looks as though maybe all the Dutch players may be on their way out of the Bernabeau. I'd like to see Sneijder stay at Madrid out of the rest of them. I can't see him starting with a midfield consisting of Robben, Kaka, Ronaldo, Lass and Alonso.

I thought De Jong gave away the ball too often last night. He defended well, but like Hong Kong Fuey (sp?) at times but on a couple of occasions he didn't press around the edge of the box when he should have done. Barry had acres in which to line-up a shot but De Jong failed to close him down.

I want NDJ to be a success as I love the fact that we have a footballer who uses martial arts on the field, however, I have a nagging doubt about his ability to perform for us.
