I was grounded and banned from watching Wrestling for a month when I was 7 for making my cousin cry by putting her in the Sharpshooter.

Then when I was about 8, a friend and I practiced the Piledriver on each other. I've no idea how none of us died, or even suffered any damaged, we must've got it wrong - or right, I suppose.

And when Steve Austin became accepted into my circle of favourites, I tasted more soap than I tasted hot food.

Hey, something which always puzzled me, was that the figure four leglock was (and is) regarded as one of the most painful submission moves ever, but at school whenever we did it it never seemed to really hurt the other person, anyone else find this or was we just doing it wrong?



Another painful one though was Sgt Slaughter's Camel Clutch.

Jeff Hardy's been arrested after a large amount of drugs was found at his home (Pills & more)

And apparantly Mickie James ruptured a breast implant on Raw!

Was pretty funny.

Jeff Hardy wrote the following on Twitter: "For the record, Matt didn't bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything. He's just learning about today's situation."

Bail had been set at $125,000.

Hardy was officially charged with the following: felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

During the search officers located and seized approximately 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills (Soma’s are non-controlled prescription pills), 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine, and items of drug paraphernalia. Vicodin and anabolic steroids are included in Schedule III within the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act.

In real life I think they still can't stand each other, supposedly there were a lot of real punches flying in in their fued in 2005!

Nah was completely genuine mate.

IIRC it all happened in private, with Lita carrying on with Edge whilst Hardy was out injured and off the road. But, when Hardy found out and went nuts, WWE (taking a cowardly route IMO), released Hardy to avoid potentially explosive clashes between him and Edge at TV, PPV, house shows etc. So, a furious Hardy let the world know via his website what Lita and Edge and done, and that he was being punished for it by being fired.

Wrestling fans understandably took Hardy's side, leading to Edge and Lita (both babyfaces at the time I think) becoming pretty much the top heels in the company as a result of this real-life incident. WWE then saw dollar signs and so re-employed Hardy to fued with Edge, and once this had finished Hardy remained part of the roster, and AFAIK has managed to tollerate Edge without any backstage incidents or anything since then.

Meanwhile Edge created the 'Rated R Superstar' gimmick from the incident and has used it to help himself become one of the WWE's biggest and most important stars for years, whilst Lita AFAIK is still touring with her band The Luchagors.

Breaking Point is tonight, on Sky Sports rather then box office. Don't think much stands out, Punk vs Taker for the title is the obvious one, hope Miz beats Kofi, his run as US champ has been very boring. Don't think I will even bother to watch Orton vs Cena and Kane vs Khali.
