Not worth the effort is it. Takes too long to get any action as there's no pressure on the blinds.

Agree. Hardly worth bothering if there's only going to be money for the winner.

Not so much a problem with the winner being the only person to get money. It's just that it's slow blinds. 4 players with slow blinds means that unless someone is determined to donk off their chips there will be no action for a good half hour at least.

I might end up playing it but as it stands I'm giving it a miss.

I'd be interested, I meant to play on Sunday and got side tracked due to one of the kids being ill! Maybe the occasional freeroll to drag none depositors in might swell numbers over time?

I would be up for a regular game, was ok last sunday, had aa really good game and managed to cash in 2nd place.

As long as plenty of notice is given to the date of the tournament, and the thread is bumped up as a reminder, I'm sure a few more ppl would get involved. Thats the only reason I never join, cos I never see it in enough time.

Problem seems to be that people don't want to pay to play. When we had the freeroll I think we had a decent turn out. Since theres been a buy in we have been down to 4 or 5 people I think.

Anyone fancy getting a tournament up and running for the 26th March - giving everyone plenty of notice that it's on?
