I see where you are coming from and Hull's second half season performance put them probably in their true position, however, it's a one off game that they know they have to give everything for and could also give them another season in the prem. It is in their own hands now.

And I also don't agree with this 'they might stay up this year , but will deffo go down next' - teams who leave themselves in this position are there because they don't recruit well/at all. Taking Reading as an example, they signed 1 or 2 because they thought their finish in the first season would carry on to the second.

Don't get me wrong, Hull's team is generally made up of Championship players and have far far over exceeded in terms of ability wise, but as Danfc has said - there's one game left, we are 1 point clear and have our destiny in our own hands. Granted it's United, but it's one game...

It was a few weeks ago, don't think it would have changed much, but I saw a stat that said Hull City have scored the 2nd most goals from set-pieces or something along those lines.

I would think that stat would apply to our game against Man Utd if we were to score.

yes we will probably play the reserves agianst hull but the second best set piece record was from earlier in the saeson as well if they did one now you would be fairly near the bottom.

i actaully really like your club. as a non league fan of FC Halifax Town i am happy that a team has come from the bottom tear of the football league to the premiership it shows that it can be done and i respect you for what you have done in getting to where you are today.

i did it wasnt as bad as some of the grounds that we have gone to this year mossley had to be the worst though and maybe trafford as well. lancaster and curzon have good grounds but yours certainly wasnt the worst.

i went to the game yes but i am affraid i cant remember the result.

Yeah, I was surprised too! 1-1 it finished, we scored the opener against the run of play with a little bit of luck and then from then on you dominated the game and equalised just before half time. We were quite fortunate to get a point really.

Newcastle Blue Star was the best away game, a 14000 capacity stadium or something (Newcastle Falcons RU ground) and about 50 in attendance.
