Yes, it’s not a fixed bracket, we will play the lowest ranked team who win this weekend which if Saints win will mean we play them. It’s a strange one because on current form Saints are probably the worst form/team of the 3 we could play but if we end up playing them that means they have just beat Warrington away and if that happens I will be a little worried. For me I’d rather play Salford and have Warrington and Hull KR in the other semi.

Ideal scenario is tonight's game is brutal with extra time and Wire coast past Saints tomorrow, we pick up the Salford/Leigh pieces next week while HKR/Wire have another slugfest.

This has been a bit of a slugfest but nothing we should fear, Leigh have soaked it up well and finished Salford off well but if we are on our game we should beat Leigh convincingly.

So it's a derby day semi final next week regardless now.

Should be a great crowd expected (in fact I'd expect Leigh to fill the North Stand more than Saints).

Didn't watch the match tonight but heard that Josh Charnley suffered a horrendous injury and was stretchered off. Hoping for a swift recovery.

They said it was a neck injury on Sky. Lam said he’s been taken to hospital. From the tone of Jenna’s voice it could be very serious.

Hopefully it is all just a precaution.

Went to Salford Royal,seems not as bad as first thought.Leigh have stood him down for 12 days (right thing to do).

Watching that game last night, I mean, Salford were dire but if we end up with Leigh (very likely) I would think Peet is already working on a plan to nullify Ipape. His intensity is the key for Leigh. He is a great player. Good find by Lam. I don't rate Lam as a coach but he is one hell of a scout.

On a side note. I really like the look of the young Salford prop Lewis. Looks to have all the attributes to be a very good prop.

I think Ipape is right up there as one of the best 9s in the comp.

Great player when you watch him occasionally. Not sure what he’s been like in the big games when teams like us will hunt him down.
