Season cards arrived for me and Ross

Wrong names
Wrong stand / seats
Wrong address (surprised they even got here)
Wrong gender

Apart from that all good

Ross got an email about the problem I Didn't

It would be funny really if it wasn't so sad

Better get it sorted before the Leeds game as i am not standing in a mile long que on the night for tickets

2022 Season Ticket Cards - Replacements




Due to an error in the production process, the Season Card initially sent out to you has been printed in the wrong name.
We are aware of the issue, and a replacement card is being produced to be sent out to you with the correct name printed on it.
Please retain the original card until your new card arrives. In the event you have not received the replacement by Monday 14th February, we would ask that you then contact the Ticket Office on 01942 311111.
We apologise for the error, and look forward to you receiving the correct card in the coming days.

Mine's sort of landed, wrong name but at least it's the right stand

'Ours' came this morning. I'm now called Elsie, and both my partner and 7 month old daughter are called Alan



The stand and seats are correct though. Time will tell whether I will actually be able to sit there are on the day as it was part of the red zone all last season and is still part of the lactics red zone where fans aren't allowed to sit around the dugouts

Sounds like someone's screwed up the data sort on the excel sheet.

Does anyone have a link to a diagram showing the exact extent of this Red Zone? My Google-fu skills have failed me.

Looking at pics online it's literally the first 2 seats of the rows next to the dugout

The best way to check is looking on the latics ticketing site. It's still showing the seats that were blocked for us, blocked for them. It's 62 seats in total, all round the tunnel. I k ept asking our ticket office but i've given up because they 'aren't aware of any red zone'
