Assuming there's a few on here that were making the trip to Canada at the weekend. Just wondering what options other people have been left with regards flights whether it be refunds or open tickets for future trips.... etc.
I booked everything separately through Skyscanner and have been left with an open ticket (but only to Toronto, and only the passengers booked, me and my lad. All this subject to price rises and admin fees).
Obviously there's no way of knowing if there will be a replacement trip to Toronto yet, (or if next year will Toronto still be in SL).

Both Ryan air and aer lingus have told us we can have full refunds.
Only trouble is the Irish Governemnt have now changed some rules so that the airlines do NOT need to give full refunds. Waiting to hear back from both. |

A nice ten degrees due on Saturday afternoon ha!
Reminds me of that time we went to Montpellier against Catalans, brilliant sunshine for days in the UK.
Did nothing but pour down in the south of France for three days. Two hours after flying home the clouds disappeared and the sunshine came out, by which time it was raining in the UK.
And we got beat!

Cheers Andy, we were Air France (via Paris) there and KLM (via Amsterdam) return. Just hope we get another chance to play over there. |

They weren't even subtle about it. You could see the old prices with a line through and the new prices over the top of them |

Was anybody on here due to go with Mayfair Travel? My Dad and two mates booked through them and the last they heard Mayfair were in the process of trying to get refunds for flight and accommodation bookings. As he's 71, he's now withering me to see what's going on so thought I'd mither on here first!

I couldnt give a monkeys about the money, just feel.for the people who are due it as they should morally get it back.
And to those that appreciate the serious nature of this virus, dont stop preaching to this that dont.
I can tell you, it's horrible, and everything comes a distant second to resolving this crisis. |
