I expected him to miss out particularly given the weather. As you say, a couple of try saving tackles. I bet he himself was wondering if he would be picked and he justified his selection and can be proud of his performance.

I really like Morgan, he has a fire in his belly and the potential to be a top player, glad we are keeping him.

What did he do that got under Warrington’s skin. Goodwin had a pop at him on the way off at half time, Westwood went after him at the start of the first half too.

The other week when on the bench he was sulking like a schoolboy, when he got his chance he was out of the blocks like a Whippet, loved that.

As the players were walking off at half time, idiot Warrington fans were throwing beer and other bits at the Wigan players. Hill and Goodwin were trying to tell them to stop and I think Escare reacted a bit and gave them a bit back. That’s when he was pushed by the Warrington player who I think was just advising him not to get involved really but Navarette took umbrage to it. Looked worse than it probably was to be honest.

I wanta pair of trainers in that shade. Class.

The two tackles he made on Ratchford when he broke through were excellent - really hunted him down and stopped the threat, thought he came on and did well certainly did not let anyone down.

My mom for the tackles on Ratchford. How Ratchford got it I don't know. Who needs Zak or Sam when Morgan plays like that. Of course there is always the factor that Zak may be binned off and Lam comes in with new attacking structures that make the most of Morgan's talents.

we needed sam to control the game (something which our otehr halves do not do). his kicking was key to keeping the pressure on Wire and he will be sorely missed next year. we need a leader in the halves, and Sam has been that man.

I think it's from before that. Goodwin celebrates over Gildart after he knocks on, Escare comes in and pushes him and players come together. Think they were just carrying that on.
