I hope if we get completely outplayed and overpowered by the Broncos tomorrow Waney will have the balls to admit it rather than the embarrassing and to be honest, disrespectful interview he gave to the Saints fans. He must think they are mugs to think if they play like that they will have a good season. I would hope SW would say it wasn't good enough and we had a lot to improve on. If anything, i want to see us competitive.

It was his comment about the middles being the best on the field which was most bizarre. I'm a huge fan of Alex Walmsley but they physically battered him. They had the man of the match in Evans at prop and Napa was also very good. One player I would give a big rap to would be Kyle Amor. I thought he was fantastic in a losing cause.

Things can change but Cunningham looks to be falling in to the bracket of great player but a poor coach so far.

I think most honest Saints fans (there are a few of us

) would agree with all of the above. I was a bit of a lone voice last season in suggesting he was never ever a coach but this season has opened the eyes of more and I think most are now seeing his limitations. He presents himself poorly and his interview last night was nothing short of delusional. I want him to succeed but agree that he's looking very much out of his depth.

I think Saints are in the middle what Leeds will be suffering over the next few seasons, losing a generation of players all very close together. It happened to us 12 years ago and took us a good while to recover.

I think though overall SL is slipping and the next few years will reflect thism
