i know the majority of fans have been complaining about the high penalty count in games this year, and radio manc raised in last week

it feels like we have been on the wrong end of the penalty count in our 4 games so far, but i could be wrong

does anyone know if we are being caned? i know the Hudds fans werent happy towards the end of the game at their place, but someone told me it was 12-8 in their favour, and we did get a good run of penalties at the end of the game

if we are it needs to be addressed as we cannot keep allowing sides to piggy back up the field cos of our indiscipline

with some tough games to come at Cas and Leeds away where the fans are going to be on the refs back for 80 minutes we cant afford to be as indisciplined as it feels at the minute

cas have conceded quite a few more than us, so we may end up on the right side of the penalty count

Is there such a thing as the 'right' or 'wrong' side of a penalty count?

If the players transgress, it's a penalty. The refs should give what they see. There should be no 'equalling it up' or listening to appeals.

But sometimes it does feel like the ref knows he's made a mistake, somebody benefited, so he tries to make amends.

Alibert may not be good at times but he doesn't come with any baggage or bias.

Part of that's down to him not being competent enough to be biased.

Certainly one of the best moments of those fan forums.
