| Unnecessary to use these sites - I've seen them charge £5 so far.
Your best option is to use the town centre car parks (£1) and go to the ground via the new bridge.

| There are always some mugs daft enough to pay £5 or such (to save 5 mins walking time), when you can park in the town centre for a quid for the multi storeys and Tescos, or free if you park on any of the other town centre car parks eg Birchley street
St.helens hospital car park is also only a 10 minute walk away from the ground, and that has extensive parking facilities, though you may have to pay depending on if the barriers are up or down.
If you do decide to park down Peasley cross just bear in mind that the police will stop the traffic while the crowd dissipates. So its not like you can get a quick getaway.
Fans from other clubs have all so far commented on how easy it is to get to and from Langtree park and park up in the town centre. The stadium and car parks are also very well signposted.
Only thing i would say to expect is delays heading off home to Haydock/Ashton way as there are lots of fans from both clubs that will be heading in that direction.

| I can't believe anyone would want to go in the car when you can get the train for nothing and have a drink. The station is over the bridge from the stadium.

| It's a bank Holiday, so will the trains be running.
On the weekend, they have not been running because of bridge work and upgrade work. Just something to bare in mind.
As for getting to the ground, again with it being a bank holiday the car parks may not even charge unless they have someone on them.
Walking wise, the only slight issue is the walk back home as the bridge goes at the pace of the slowest, but there are other routes. Anyway hopefully it should not be too much of an issue if Wigan get their walk on early doors.

For all the Ashton/Bryn based Wigan fans, trains are running every 30 mins from Bryn. Quarter past and quarter to every hour. I'm on the 11:15, straight into town to watch the Hull derby. Cant wait!

| I'll just wing it like I do when I visit any new ground, it's more exciting that way. Like Salford this past week where I must have walked a combined 6 miles to and from the ground. It might have been a long walk but there was no traffic about by the time I reached the car.

Could you DM me a postcode of one of these car parks? Or a street name.
Cheers
