A massive thank you to all those wigan fans that came to eccles rugby league club to park their cars on our car park last night and gave something back to a up and coming amateur rugby league club.
We hope you enjoyed your facilities and hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again during the season.
The walk to the ground was 15 mins or so and on the way back about 20 mins or just more because of the crowd traffic.
It's probably further away then we tend to park at other grounds but I can't honestly see how people would get more then a couple of minutes closer because a lot of the streets are coned off for residential parking.
The access to the motorway is great to. It's literally at the side of it and you walk to the ground via a fly over.
Add in a good club with a cheap pint and rugby league on the big screen and it's a winner.
