Anyone know whether the ticket office is open on Sunday to 'pay on the gate'? Left it a bit late for tickets to be posted & can't make it to the ground before then.

I'm pretty sure if you order them online or over the phone, you can just pick them up at the collections desk at the ticket office before the game, we have done this a few times.

I'll pay on the gate for Sunday and then choose from one of the 2000 empty seats.

There was an option to pay on the gate in the South stand against Saints, im pretty sure there will be one vs Catalan (hoping anyway!)

Yeah, not expecting a big crowd, but occasionally you do get some daft rule regarding ticket sales. But if you could pay on the gate for Saints (I couldn't make that game), then should be fine for Sunday. Cheers.

Why buy a ticket on the day? Just pay cash on the turnstile as you always can, there will be ample space in every stand.

Problem solved using a dodgy work PC so on line ticketing working well just hanging on until after 13.00 to pick a decent seat.

E-ticketing on the SouthStand is shocking. i actually winced as i looked at it

Reading on this board it's sad to see that the attendance for Sunday's game isn't looking too great at the moment. I know it's difficult in the current financial climate for people to justify paying out for a play off game but it's Madge's last game at the DW along with Coley and other players.

Let's try and get as many there as possible to thank them for their service to Wigan Warriors and to cheer the lads to victory in this vital match.

I have just bought some tickets but won't be able to get down to the ground to pick them up, and I only tend to get to the stadium 10 mins before kick off so don't want to be stuck in a queue. Is somebody else allowed to pick my tickets up for me or would it have to be me?

As long as they have your address details (thats what they usually ask for) then anyone should be able to pick them up.

I had trouble picking up tickets for the Wildcats game, there was a long queue just got in on time; went down at 14.00 on Sunday for Saints game to make sure and there was no queue! Its hit and miss

Wasn't much of a queue for the Saints game but if you can get someone to go and collect them for you then they just need your name and address.

Agree - given the miracles he's performed, particularly last season, it would certainly be an anti-climax, and a crying shame, if he bowed out to defeat in front of one of the smallest crowds he'll have seen there. I fear it'll be a smallish crowd, but still confident [size=85(ish)[/size we can produce a win.
