Anyone recommend any good pubs to visit on Saturday before the match, also any decent places to eat too?

Green Man seems the obvious choice being only 5mins from the stadium but wondered if their were others?

There is a cracking little indian that doubles as a sports bar over the road from the stadium. Not bad prices either been there a few times at the NFL. Have they not got a pre game village near Wembley Way ?

Pub called - the sports bar - turn right when ye come out of wembley park station , good boozer with a beer tent on the back of it

the greyhound , pubs rip you off around wembley your better off using the off licences plenty of them by the pubs its either £4 a pint in the pubs or £1.50 a ice cold can in the offies , have a good day

The Torch always used to be the place to go. Was always good to see someone putting a Wigan flag on the roof!

A very popular pub on matchday, heaving inside but allows you to stand with hundreds of fans in the car park and beer garden. Perhaps best to buy cans from the many off licences in Wembley town and drink outside the pub, quicker and cheaper.

Would be good in the green man, fairly large pub with big beer garden and close to the ground.

Think I might have a couple of pints in Central London before getting the tube to Wembley.

This one. If the sun is shining like it's supposed to when Wigan are at Wembley then The Green Man beer garden will be the place to be. It's a fair old slog up that hill though!

Just buy cans from the off license opposite the green man and sit/stand on the grass outside. £2 a can and the owners even give you a plastic cup free

We have always headed for the Torch in the past, as someone mentioned earlier the highlight was watching fans from each team climb up on the roof to tear down the opposition flag and plant their own in it's place, all to great cheers from the hundreds of fans gathered in the car park.
