Its probably already been said but what an absoulutely fantastic performance from every single one of them last night from 1-80 minutes, made there mark early on and was completely dominant. Lima and Prescott punched holes in the defence all night and defensively Hansen, Hoffmann and Mossop were all terrific, there will be some sore bodies at Saints today. Our defence up front was brutal, this needs to be repeated against Hudds.

I'd agree that this is something we've been lacking in recent weeks.

I rate Graham and Roby highly, but last night we made them look like lads.

A very strong show from the forwards, who just kept on coming.

It was the plaform that was laid to be followed by the best wigan kicking and kick chase game i have seen this year.

Agreed. Spelling McIlorum and Tommy in that way works so much better than bringing on another halfback and shifting players in to different positions. I mentioned this a few weeks ago and said I thought the only stumbling block was whether Deacon could consistently put 80 mins in. Seems to be working so far. For next year I think we need to leave Sam at 1, Tommy/McIlorum spelling at hooker and bring in another half to play alongside Finch (Rangi Chase

Definitely, would like to see him get a chance a some time this year if Deacs is given a rest. Too young and untested at SL level to say he's the long term answer at the moment though.

I thought the saints pack was going to walk all over us... or so I was told.

I looked at the starting line ups and said if our pack can compete we'll win.

As it is our forwards absolutely steamrollered theirs and we battered them.

Two props on the bench along with Hock. I suspect Tuson will be replaced by Hock on the bench. It should be interesting to see which props start against Huddersfield. Lima and Mossop absolutely dominated the Saints pack. Personally I wouldn't change a winning formula. Lima, Leuluai, Mossop, Hansen, Hoffman and Lockers to start with Paul Prescott, Andy Coley, Gaz Hock and Mike McIlorum on the bench. Awesome pack.

I think Hock will replace Tuson next week, the stage is set with it being the big one.

I have been Prescotts biggest critic over recent months/seasons but in the past few games (and arguably all season) he's been fantastic.

I have no qualms whatsoever about saying I've been proved wrong about him. Keep up the good work PP

Prescott has been fabulous this season. previously would havesaid he was average but he has moved up a gear. For me better than Coley and easily better than Lima.
