Where you the "cockle" bloke?

It needs to be broadcast nationally IMO. Send it out to households up and down the country and suddenly we have people asking questions, suddenly a few papers may take a bit of interest. Showing the advert only in the North West only contributes to confirming RL is a northern game and it should stay that way.

The club cannot afford to pay for a national advert when nobody from outside the North West will actually buy a ticket. It's the RFL's job to d what you just said.

Its not a RL event so its not their responsibility. Otherwise they would have to do it for all games every week.

Correct it is, but seeing as the RFL are about as useful as a condom machine in the Vatican when it comes to advertising, clubs should start to generate publicity.

I mean national coverage of the game is their responsibility. Not our single game



We advertise this game in the north west because the game is for the people of the north west.

The RFL advertise the sport.

1/Dying man on Casualty
2/Solicitor in the Bill
3/ Crowd scene in Ghandi

3 years at Rhada and all we got on that lousy advert was a Rear ender and No Tea & Biscuits afterwards!

Can't have been cheap to get this advert out. Must have had to pay Sky Sports a zillion pounds for the footage rights alone!

P.S Well done to Wigan for promoting RL!!
