| Get down to Ince Rose Bridge.
U15 kick off is at 11:45 a.m
U16 kick off is at 1 p.m.
Last games of the season for the youngsters and Christian Platts farewell game for Wigan (U16). The two Wigan teams are undefeated so far this season, but haven't really been tested. These should both be good entertaining games.

| As Rouges pointed out the 15's & 16's haven't been fully tested yet this year and having watched all the games for both age groups this year it will take a very good team to beat them. Both teams have some class players and I can't wait for Staurday.
I'll be very proud Dad when the U15's beat the Saints!!!

| I like the looks of Shorrocks at stand off in the U15's, it should be an interesting battle between him and Hewitt (Saints) on Saturday.
In that U15 's side I've also been impressed with Thompson at centre, Waterworth at hooker and Gregson at loose forward.

It'll happen for some of the better U16's before the end of the year.

| That will be a massive step for the 16's as many are still only 15.
Steep learning curve, it's also decision time soon for the 16's teams.

| Leeds beat both Saints U15 & 16 teams last week. They have some very good prospects. Should be a good game

| The U16's score is a little misleading. Wigan were 28 - 12 ahead with about ten minutes to go and had a player sin (Rooney) for deliberately kicking the ball away at a Saints 20 metre restart. What he was supposed to do when the ball was thrown directly at him by A Saints player I'm not sure.

| Seems to be quite a blip with our 18s this year, any particular reason for this? Do many of our 20s qualify for the 18s and they've stepped up to cover the duals and loans?

| The quality isnt there in the 18s this year, there on only a few who actually got signed from the u16s last year which affected this years 18s.
And many of the 20's do qualify for the 18s too...
The talent will be back when the 16s get signed this year.

I disagree with this, the kid was stupid and will rightly get a rollocking from his coaches.
Wigan were good value for the big lead and had the game sewn up in the middle of the park.
Saints tries were on the edges and they did not have a goalkicker to convert.
I thought the Wigan winger Burgess made the two key plays of the game in scoring to extend the lead to 28-12and then coming off his wing to bring down Savelio as Saints looked like scoring on the last play.
Very enjoyable game.

Get in!
I must admit I didn't fancy their chances of a comeback behind by 22. But all credit to the lads.
Good day all round.
Any news on whether we've managed to sign the best of the under 15's and 16's to our academy?

Maybe he shouldn't have kicked the ball, but he didn't appear to run that line deliberately to stop the 20 metre tap.
Burgess certainly has some toe. I thought there was a good call for an 8 point try when Saints centre 4 (Galbraith?) flopped on Tierney after the ball was grounded for his try.
In the U15's I thought Saints fullback was by far their best player, and Wigans Shorrocks got the better of Hewitt.
Enjoyable day though.

| Nice message from Ryan Hampshire on his facebook, something along the lines of Wigan Saints the best games to ever play in. Hope he gets used to it.

| Rogues Gallery, your one of the most biased spectators i have came across. Everything you say is in favour of wigan! The ball was thrown to the 20m for a quick tap by St Helens, the ball went abit over the mark, but that still doesnt give Wigans Josh Rooney the right to pick the ball up and kick it away, clearly states in the rules that this offence is a straight yellow card, so why your even Questioning the referees decision there i do not no. As for your theory over an 8 point try allergation, once again as the wigan player was diving Lewis Galbraith dived at the pretty much the same time, thats why no fuss was made of it by either team, just you, once again miss reading the game. As a Neutral supporter i thought the game was very enjoyable to watch for players tallent, St Helens battled hard as did wigan, but personally i believe a thew refereeing decisions made it tuff for the saints. Fair play to wigan though, they just played to the wistle.
