I was a big supporter of him always thought he could be a future Wigan centre, but have to say this season was the one he had to step up...........he hasn't despite showing promises of his potential.

Shame really although I do believe, like one poster said, people expect superman because of his size.

He knows the way to the line however.

Have never seen it with Karl Pryce and I was shocked when he was given a new contract. I don't think he will be a Wigan player after this season.

I'm afraid hes just going to be a lost talent because he simply doesnt seem to want it..you need more than just talent to make the grade in this sport you need heart and commitment..Karl Pryce will go down as a player who could have got to the top but just didnt have the commitment and love for this game you need.

Seen Quins a few times, Rouges i don't know what you see in this guy, he's got no heart.

Karl Pryce should be tearing up trees but after seeing him, he'd struggle with daisies.

Spend his money on Ratchford for me. We have guys like Charnley and Marsh who can play wing/centre and Ratchford could cover 4 or 5 positions.

Pryce is drinking in the last chance saloon at Quins and is failing from what we read. I saw him score a blinder against Catalans last week but then also seen him put the most half ar*ed chase back on a Catalans break I've ever seen and as they got within 5 yards of the line he literally let a player stroll past him for a try and didn't even attempt to make a tackle.

I could see both Pryce brothers back at Bradford next year.

Pryce's 20p has been on the pool table at the last chance saloon for way too long now. Very frustrating given he has the size and speed to be anything he wants. No heart whatsoever though.

All the tools to be a top player, but he doesn't have the heart and desire which is why we see glimpses and never consistency.

If Pryce isn't out of RL by the end of the season then I despair. He's been stealing a living for the last 3/4 years.

The guy is cack end of he's had way too many chances he might go ok in nl1 but i doubt it

Give him a year at Widnes next year and see how he goes I think he has the potential but if playing for the most successful club in the country isn't enough to bring it out then sadly it may be the end. And if you've seen how much I've supported him in the past you'd know it's the end if I'm giving up too.

No time for him at all on the pitch.

He has all the skills in the world plus he is a giant but he is pap.

Massive waste of talent, he was too idle for a Union back and I thought that was pretty much impossible. I saw him play years ago at Bradford and I thought he looked pretty decent in patches and that he'd get more consistent with age and experience but sadly for English RL he just seems to have gone backwards. When you look at his potential he could be our Greg Inglis, pace, power, skills (apparently he's played at stand off)... sadly I think he'll end up at Leigh or something where he can play at 50% and get away with it.

As I have said from the start he is rubbish. End of.

It's such a shame that Pryce isn't fulfilling his potential, God knows England is short of world class backs. If Pryce showed more energy and enthusiasm he has the tools to be a very, very good player indeed. What a waste.

Scored a great try at weekend shrugging players off him left right and centre shame he can't do that week in week out if only you could buy a bottle of enthusiasm in a chemist we would be lauphing!
On a serious note he has all the tools he needs to be a class player but you just get the feeling when you watch him play that he don't want to be on the pitch

But he isn't. He is a good player, when he WANTS to be. His talent is there, it's his refusal to use it where the frustration lies.

I saw him in the academy playing Wigan he was like a man amongst boys. Bridge was also a stand out in the same game.

Flash forward to Crusaders/Wildcats last year and he was scoring for fun. All a winger is asked at times is to finish moves; Pryce can do that. He can't tackle; carries too much weight and runs at the defensive line like he's terrified of any contact.

He looks like the prototype player stands up physically to Inglis, Idris, Falou etc. Mentally he is back with the school kids, only happy when he is the biggest player in the school yard. Waste of cap space.

Imagine the heart/drive of Lockers in Karl pryce's body? It would be an absolute wrecking machine!



Sadly Karl Pryce doesnt have the drive to make it in rugby at the top level imo. That is the only attribute he is missing imo. He takes it easy in a game rather than imposing himself on it.

The guy has all the physical attributes to be one of the best players in this country, he sadly doesn't seem motivated though.

Told you all before, karl always wanted to be a wendyballer, will never have the enthusiasm required sadly. just the way it is.

I wouldn't even pencil him in just to save the lead
